Jaguar E-Pace SUV tested in the world’s most extreme conditions

From the scorching 48 degrees of the Arabian desert to the freezing arctic circle, the new Jaguar E-Pace is going through some rigorous testing as it gets closer to production.

Jaguar made a smart move to invest in an all electric SUV as  Tesla have just finished  producing their first Model 3 and are having some success with their Model X SUV. With this new market open, car manufacturers will have no choice but to add all electric SUVs to their range.

The E-Pace is of course based on the extremely successful  1 year old F-pace but with AWD technology and all-Ingenium petrol and diesel hybrid engines.

Over 150 prototypes went on a gruelling 25-month test programme that took place across four continents to ensure that the E-Pace can withstand a lifetime of use in the hands of the most active and demanding customers. The test vehicles  also repeatedly lapped Green Hell – the Nordschleife circuit at the Nürburgring.

So let us know what you think of Jaguars new compact performance SUV and be sure to check out Jaguar’s new final test in a world premiere on Facebook and Youtube on Thursday 13th July 2017.
